Data Collection Scope

This tool collects the following data:

Email Metadata: Sender, recipient, subject, timestamp
Email Body: Email text content
Attachments: Downloads and reads attachment files for analysis (documents, PDFs, images, spreadsheets, etc.)

Note: Attachments are downloaded temporarily for content analysis and extraction.

Data Usage Purpose

Email and attachment data is used ONLY for:

Analyzing email content and providing summaries
Downloading and analyzing attachment files (reading document content, extracting data from PDFs/spreadsheets)
Assisting users with email-related tasks
Automating workflows based on attachment content

Data is NOT used for any commercial purposes.

Data Storage

Email data: NOT permanently stored, cleared after analysis
Attachments: Downloaded temporarily, processed immediately, then deleted
No permanent storage of any email or attachment data

Data Security

All data transmission encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
Uses Google OAuth 2.0 secure authorization
Does NOT store user passwords or credentials
Attachment files are processed securely and deleted after use
Attachment content is NOT shared with third parties

User Rights

Users can:

Revoke authorization at any time in Google Account Security Settings
View authorized application list
Delete authorized application access
